Processing Time
All orders are handmade and processed Sunday through Wednesday.
Orders placed outside of these days will begin processing on the next processing day.
Please allow 2–4 business days for processing before your order ships, as all products are crafted in small batches to ensure quality.
Shipping
We offer FREE shipping within the United States on all orders.
Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Delivery & Insurance
All packages are insured and include tracking.
If your order is marked “Delivered” but you did not receive it, please notify us within 48 hours so we can open an investigation and work with the delivery carrier on your behalf.
Please note: BathHouse Candy is not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address if the incorrect address was entered at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
Because our products are handmade, personal care, and hygiene items, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
All sales are final.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos so we can assist you.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping information is correct at checkout.
We are unable to reroute packages once they are in transit.
Weather & Shipping Delays
Please be aware that shipping carriers may experience delays due to weather or seasonal volume. These delays are outside of our control, but we will always support you in tracking your order.

At this time, we only ship within the United States.
