We ship all orders from Pemberton, New Jersey, using a simple, reliable flat‑rate system to keep checkout easy and affordable for our customers.
📮 Shipping Rates
- Standard Shipping: $6.00 for the first item
- Each Additional Item: $2.00
Shipping is automatically combined at checkout, so you never overpay.
⏱ Processing Time
All products are handmade in small batches. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order ships. During restocks, sales, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
🚚 Delivery Time
Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping, depending on USPS transit times.
📦 Order Packaging
We package all items with care using protective materials to ensure your candles, soaps, and bath products arrive safely and beautifully.
🕯 Workshop Orders
Workshop bookings are not physical items and do not ship. Shipping charges do not apply to workshops.
📬 Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please get in touch with us within 48 hours and include photos so we can assist you.
