All BathHouse Candy products are handmade in small batches, and each item is crafted with care. Because our products are personal care and hygiene items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
🕯 Workshops & Classes
Workshop bookings are non‑refundable and non‑transferable.
Your seat is reserved specifically for you, and materials are prepared in advance. If you cannot attend, the booking cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
📦 Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of the product and packaging so we can assist you.
📬 Lost or Missing Packages
If your package is marked “Delivered” but you did not receive it, notify us within 48 hours so we can help you open an investigation with the carrier.
BathHouse Candy is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address if the wrong address was entered at checkout.
📮 Order Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping information is correct at checkout. We are unable to reroute packages once they are in transit.
🌦 Weather & Carrier Delays
Shipping carriers may experience delays due to weather or seasonal volume. These delays are outside of our control, but we will always support you in tracking your order.
